1. Photo
3x Photos that will be used for your visa application. They are ordinary photos that are also used in the process of issuing a passport.
2. Scanned Passport
A clear photo or scan of your passport. This will also be used in the application. Please make sure that your passport is valid for at least another 6 (six) months from the date of arrival at the country of origin.
3. Business Registry
Business Registry. It basically is a license indicating that the company/organisation that invites you to China is real and legal. You can ask the company/organisation that invites you to send you this document. It is necessary during your visit to the visa center.
4. Invitation Letter
The Invitation Letter is a document sent by the company/organisation that invites you. Obligatory information that has to be included in the invitation letter:
1. Your first and last name
2. Your passport number
3. The duration of your stay (date of arrival & date of departure)
4. First and last name and the signature of the person that invites you
5. The reason of your travel to China
6. The red stamp (see image on the left)
